Sunday Update
Hello everybody. I write this post whilst at 30000ft, for today I am flying to Edinburgh.
This week I will be taking part in a crazy 3 part challenge in an attempt to raise £1000 for charity. I’m supporting Shelter, a homeless charity that does some fantastic work in the UK.

Myself and my best mate have taken a week off work and are about to endure a serious mental and physical challenge. The details are as follows:
Part 1 – National 3 Peaks Challenge. Climb the highest mountains in Scotland, England and Wales in Under 24 hours. This includes driving and eating times! We will also climb using head torches through the night.
Part 2 – The Welsh 3000s. This part involves almost 24 hours solid climbing of over ten of Wales highest peaks. The most challenging leg, this will also require the use of head torches!
Part 3 – The Yorkshire 3 Peaks. While not as physically demanding, this challenge has to be done in only 12 hours.
We get 1 days rest between challenges… All in all it is going to be tough!!!! Will give you all a full recap next weekend- Wish me luck and speak in a week!!
