Inspirational Motivation for Today

By savvyscot

The news makes me sad today. People have lost their lives and the east coast of North America is in chaos. In reality, this actually happens all the time around the world – often to a much worse degree – but the media don’t report it in the same way. The positive is that it has served as a huge reminder of what devastation really is.

    Sweet post!

The east coast is a mess and I bet the news channels are only showing half the story. Apparently New Jersey was hit the worst with train tracks and vehicles literally washed away.

I always have to remind myself of quotes like the ship one….so that’s my favorite. Great post! I needed this one today, dude. Either quotes or a beer….maybe both.

Great time for these quotes! Definitely like E….the beginning of anything meaningful is hard. Just for me, it took a while to even start my site, then now marketing it is hard..but its worth it.
    Cheers!

I actually pinned a couple of those. My favourite is The happiest people don’t have the best of everything – they just make the best of everything. Life can throw us curve balls when we least expect just like what’s happened with Hurricane Sandy and all those that have lost their lives, the damage and then some. YOLO.. you only live once so no matter what we have, how much we have, we make the best of it… we don’t take this precious life for granted. Cheers mate. Mr.CBB

MR CBB! You chose the same as me! I completely agree with the mantra YOLO! Hence why I am the first to advocate to NOT save all your money and buy things if they truly make you happy! πŸ™‚

All great. I like Photo D, talking about how people not having the best of everything, but making the best of it, are the happiest. Good stuff.

I also liked the first one, except for the spend all your cash part:)

Anyway, positive motivational quotes are good to help us keep perspective during some crazy times such as this.
